You’ve built this beautiful life and something still feels off.

Hi, I’m Piper.
I work with women who’ve done so much work, achieved the goals, and checked all the boxes they thought would make them feel good but still feel like something’s missing.

You’re not burned out exactly.
But you’re tired in a way sleep doesn't fix. Disconnected but you love it all and them.
Living more from your mind, thoughts, goals and dreams swirling inside rather than from your body.

You’ve tried to “fix” it. You've done the journaling, the mindset, affirmations and the routines.
But the shifts don’t stick.
Because your system is still in operating from old patterns and beliefs and they are running the show.

I know that place well.

Not because I studied it from a distance but because I’ve lived it.
And I spent over 20 years helping women through the body first, watching what stress, guilt, shame, proving, and pressure do when they get stuck inside.

Now, I guide women back to the version of themselves buried under all that proving. The one who knows how to live, peacefully and even joyfully, not just survive.

How I came to this work

For over 20 years, I was a massage therapist and business owner.
My work was hands-on, deeply personal, and grounded in the body.

I supported women through stress, transition, exhaustion — but over time, I noticed something deeper theme underneath it all.

Under the tension, knots, and fatigue, I kept meeting the same story:

• Women who had learned to stay strong, no matter what.

• Women who held everything together — at work, at home, in their relationships.

• Women whose systems never got to learn it was safe to rest, to learn they were enough just as they are.

They weren’t incapable or bad.
They definitely weren’t failing.
Their bodies were doing exactly what they were trained to do: stay on guard and protect at all cost.

It was like armor built for survival.

That understanding changed everything for me and it’s at the core of how I work now.

What I know to be true now

I don’t believe most women need more self-care routines or mindset hacks to “fix” themselves.

I believe many are still operating in protection mode, long after the situation that required it has passed.

Their systems learned to stay alert.
To hold everything together.
To keep going even when it was exhausting.

But when the body stays in that mode, peace doesn’t last.
Enjoyment feels conditional.
Presence takes effort.

Joy seems far away.

That’s why my work focuses on the subconscious and the body — not to override or bypass it, but to honor what it’s been carrying and protecting you from. After all it's what got you this far.

But now it's time to change that.

This isn’t about becoming someone new.
It’s about reconnecting with the you that’s been buried underneath it all.

You know, the one who’s finally ready to feel good in the life she's built.

When I'm not working...

You’ll find me with my crew — my hubby and our five boys (yes, five! 🤪), who are truly my anchor and my why.

These days only two still live at home, so I know how life can be insanely busy and how weird it feels when it starts to change as they grow up and fly on their own.

If I’m not cheering someone on from the sidelines at a soccer field or sitting in the car at a practice, I’m probably crocheting something cozy, reading a good book, or soaking in some much-needed silence (because: five boys). 🙃

I know how great life can be when you can fully engage and enjoy it from a place of clarity, security and acceptance. And I want that for you too.

I believe peace is powerful.
And when women stop abandoning themselves, the world changes.

If you're curious about working together?

If you’ve been reading this and quietly thinking,
“Yeah… this feels so familiar,” you’re not imagining it.

I’ve been there and so have the women I work with.

They aren’t broken or behind, and they're not failing.
They’re thoughtful, capable, and deeply self-aware, they’ve just been carrying old beliefs and patterns keeping them in the loop.

There’s a different way to live in the life you already have.
One that doesn’t require "fixing" yourself or blowing it up.

If you’re ready to explore what that could look like, let's begin.
